02. DESIGN AND CONCEPTUALIZATION

Objectives:

  • Brainstorming for conceptualization and development of ideas.
  • Advanced sketching of design proposals.
  • Study of design lines to define appearance and aesthetics.
  • Preliminary 3D design, surface modeling.
    Concept development.
  • Preliminary orientation of parts for serial production in an optimal way.
  • Preliminary definition of materials and manufacturing processes, finishes, colors and textures.
    Conceptualization and definition of complements to improve product functionality.

Deliverables:

  • Mock-ups and resources for validation.
  • Report in manual format and high impact A3 panels, on the results of the phase. In digital and printed format.
  • 3D digital resource library and BoM of preliminary materials.

02B. CO-CREATION CHALLENGES

Objectives:

  • Creation of form and aesthetics exploration models.
  • Expert review.
  • Study of the functionality of possible technical solutions through validation mock-ups and study of commercial components.
  • Compilation and analysis of regulations and standards.
  • Recording and traceability of information.
  • Preliminary BoM

Deliverables:

  • Mock-ups and resources for validation.
  • Report in manual format and high impact A3 panels, on the results of the phase. In digital and printed format.
  • 3D digital resource library and BoM of preliminary materials.

03. DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING

Objectives:

  • Engineering and development of solid 3D models (CAD) of our own parts. Detailed engineering for prototype manufacturing.
  • Definition of materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Preparation of documentation for the manufacture of functional prototypes that comply with the regulations for preclinical trials.
  • Search and follow-up of suppliers for the production of functional prototypes.
  • Environmental impact study of the product.
  • Intermediation in the manufacture of prototypes and manufacturers.
  • Recording and traceability of information to facilitate future approval and certification processes.
  • Intermediation with technical measurement partners to perform tests using precision tools for product-specific technical functionality.

Deliverables:

  • Results Report (Report in manual format and high impact A3 panels, in digital and printed format).
  • Marketing support graphic material.
  • Library of 3D digital resources.
  • Technical documentation required for the manufacturing of Minimum Functional Product (MPF) and Minimum Viable Product (MPV) prototypes.

04. TRANSFER

Objectives:

  • Preparation of the final technical documentation of the project for the homologation and certification process.
  • Preparation of technical project documentation, drawings and final files for industrial manufacturers.
  • Contact with laboratories, manufacturers and different target agents. Technical intermediation between the client and the different stakeholders.
  • Accompaniment and follow-up of the client for homologation and certification.
  • Detection of possible improvements and correction of parts. Retouching to optimize the model for manufacturing and compliance with applicable regulations.

Deliverables:

  • 3D digital resource library
  • Technical documentation required for mass production.
  • Final technical product documentation in compliance with applicable format and regulations.
